We’re a little bit confused with these pictures because here’s Taylor Momsen walking around the red carpet at some Fashion Week event in a very decent looking little dress. That’s kind of weird considering that her breasts are usually taped up and her booty is wrapped in something extremely tiny and inappropriate. She actually looked pretty good for a change. At least for her standards, she still needs a lot of work to impress us. Take off your top next time.
